Every village has a market. Almost none has it daily.

SparrowKoel solves the access problem for 600 million people in rural North India. Starting with fresh produce and daily staples, we're building daily commerce rails into villages, so a wider range of products and services can follow.

01
5–8 km HAAT DAY

The market doesn't move.

The bazaar is 5 to 8 km away. The haat comes once a week.

02
₹10 ₹30 ? ? ? kg ? MRP ?

Too many hands. No clear price.

Every middleman adds a margin. Nobody shows the weight or the MRP.

03
8 km

She can't reach the market.

She decides what the family eats. Someone else goes to buy it.

A daily market that comes to the village.

We're building the daily commerce network of rural North India. Goods travel from distant sources to our Godam, then by Viman cart to every doorstep.

01

Daily routes, fixed times

Our carts reach every village on a fixed schedule, starting with fresh produce and grocery.

02

Cart in front, tech behind

The cart is the storefront. Our tech is the shelf behind it. City range, village cost.

03

Shortest supply chain

Farm and distributor straight to the household, at the lowest cost per home.

Swipe to follow the route from source to village.

Our story

I studied engineering at NIT Patna, then spent a decade building consumer businesses in other cities. Most recently I ran finance for Fresh and HoReCa at Udaan, where making fresh profitable taught me the math that rural commerce needs.

“Bihar exports its young people. I was one of them. Now I'm building the reason to stay.”

In May 2026 I moved back to Patna to build SparrowKoel. Viman is a daily market on wheels, run by local operators, with a Godam and software behind it. We start in Naubatpur, one village at a time.
